Galatians 3:12-14

¹² But the law is not of faith, for “The man who does them shall live by them.”^{[a] 13} Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by being made a curse for us—as it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”^[b]— ¹⁴ so that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
